Furthermore, the Ondo State OSOPADEC Scholarship Scheme is now accepting applications from students in tertiary institutions within its designated mandate areas for the 2023/24 academic year.

Eligibility/Requirements For the 2024 Ondo State OSOPADEC Scholarship Scheme For Nigerian Students

All prospective applicants must fulfil the following criteria:

• They must be natives of either Ilaje or Ese-Odo Local Government Area.
• They must be full-time students at recognized private or public tertiary institutions in Nigeria for the 2023/2024 academic session.
• Both undergraduate and postgraduate students, including those at the Nigerian Law School, are eligible, provided their institutions officially recognize their enrollment.
• Part-time, sandwich, pre-degree, NTI Certificate/Diploma students, and those attending institutions not accredited by the relevant government bodies are not eligible for this award.

Required Documents

Candidates must be prepared to provide the following documents to apply.

• A recent passport-sized photograph
• Proof of Local Government Area of origin
• JAMB Admission Letter
• School fee receipts for the 2022/2023 academic session
• A current, valid student ID card.

Interested and qualified applicants should apply for the Ondo State OSOPADEC Scholarship using the link below. Note that 

• No changes to the bank details will be allowed after the application has been submitted.
• Applicants must print out the registration slip.
• The registration slip MUST be signed and stamped by the Dean of Student Affairs or the Head of Department (as applicable).
• The signed slip MUST be uploaded to finalize the registration.
• The registration portal will be accessible to applicants on the OSOPADEC website at http://osopadecbursary.org or http://osopadec.gov.ng
