• Be a recognized indigene of Kano State.
• Hold a First-Class Honours Degree or its equivalent from a reputable university or institution.
• Must be aged 30 years or younger if they hold a four- to five-year degree, or 35 years or younger if they have degrees exceeding five years.
• Demonstrate good health by providing a valid medical fitness certificate.
• Should be ready to attend a physical screening interview.
• Have completed the NYSC program or possess a valid exemption or exclusion certificate.
