Requirements for the Government of Mauritius Scholarships 2025

Note

Scholarship applications must be submitted to the Nominating Agency in the applicant’s home country, not directly to Mauritius.

The Nominating Agency, usually a department within the Ministry of Education, will select and nominate up to five (5) candidates for undergraduate programs, specifying the level of studies for each nominee.

The Nominating Agency or the Ministry of Education in the candidate’s country of citizenship will then forward the completed application forms to Mauritius.

Interested and eligible applicants for the Mauritius Government Scholarship should follow the steps outlined below:

1. Applications and all required supporting documents must be submitted to the Ministry of Education, Tertiary Education, Science, and Technology of the Republic of Mauritius for final selection.
