Requirements For the Malardalen University Scholarship in Sweden 2025

To be eligible for the Mälardalen University Sweden Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Be an international student from outside the EU/EEA and Switzerland
• Apply for a Master’s program at Mälardalen University as their first choice
• Meet the university’s academic requirements for the chosen program
• Demonstrate English proficiency through recognized tests such as IELTS or TOEFL
• Only fee-paying students are eligible to apply for the scholarship.

Benefits of the Malardalen University Scholarship in Sweden 2025

• The scholarship covers 100% of the tuition fees for the program, provided that you follow the regular study plan (minimum of 22.5 credits per semester and at least 45 credits per academic year). However, the scholarship does not cover living expenses. 

• If your status changes from a fee-paying student to a non-fee-paying student during your program, you will no longer be eligible for the scholarship.
